Warren graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1995. He has continuously maintained a private practice emphasizing criminal defense and cannabis patients’ rights. Warren was one of the organizers of Colorado’s Medical Marijuana Law, Amendment 20 and is recognized as one of Colorado’s pioneers in the marijuana industry. For the last 13 years, Warren has acted as a Respondent Parent’s Council for the Jefferson County Family Integrated Treatment Court helping parents navigate the Social Service System.
